Our Drive: Structure That Lasts

We develop load-bearing structures and architectural concepts that are not only statically sound but also make urban sense. Every project begins with an analysis of the location, usage, and long-term requirements – only then does the form emerge.

Our approach avoids fashionable effects. Instead, we rely on clear lines, comprehensible load paths, and materials that age. The result is buildings and bridges that function for decades and integrate into their surroundings without dominating them.

For clients, this means: fewer revisions, predictable life-cycle costs, and architecture that grows with time – rather than fighting against it.

Our Team

Experts in Modern Structures

Every member of our team brings specific experience from real construction projects – from foundation to facade.

Grete Schumann-Reuter

Lead Structural Engineer

Grete is responsible for the structural design of residential and commercial buildings with up to 15 stories. She was involved in planning the Greenview Tower in Frankfurt, among others.

Focus: High-rise construction & seismic verification

Karl-Josef Hildebrandt

Steel Construction Project Manager

Karl-Josef is a specialist in steel and composite structures. He led the fabrication of the 45-meter-long pedestrian bridge "Arcu de Oțel" and knows the material's limits precisely.

Focus: Steel bridges & corrosion protection

Mira Vogt

Construction Manager & BIM Coordinator

Mira coordinates the digital modeling of all trades. On the TehnoPark project, she ensured the modular structure was assembled on time and with precise fit.

Focus: BIM management & modular construction

Lukas Brenner

Building Envelope Engineer

Lukas designs facades made of Corten steel, aluminum, and glass. His work on the Technopark Center includes the ventilated facade with integrated solar shading control.

Focus: Facade technology & thermal bridge optimization

Milestones

Our Development at a Glance

From the first sketch to the completed structure – every step follows a clear plan.

Founded with the ambition to rethink structural engineering and architecture, we have continuously gained expertise and reach in recent years. Our first major assignment was the structural inspection of a listed building in Leipzig – a project that taught us the importance of precise surveying and creative solutions. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio to include new buildings, urban bridges, and sustainable neighborhood developments.

A decisive turning point was taking over the project management for the "Greenview" residential high-rise. Here, we were able to demonstrate our holistic concept of ecological material selection, seismic optimization, and energy-efficient facade for the first time. Today, we work with a dedicated team of civil engineers, architects, and BIM specialists, realizing projects with a total volume of over 50 million euros annually.

Structures That Endure

We are a team of structural engineers and architects specializing in modern structural design and contemporary architecture. Our focus is on functional, durable, and aesthetically thoughtful solutions for urban developments.

Our work begins where structural engineering meets design. Each project undergoes a careful analysis of local conditions, usage requirements, and long-term building performance. We rely on proven materials and precise calculations, not on trendy promises. Whether it's a residential high-rise with green facades, a pedestrian bridge made of Corten steel, or the repurposing of an industrial hall – we develop structures that shape their surroundings while remaining functional. Our goal is to provide developers and municipalities with a reliable planning foundation. We work closely with executing companies and specialist planners to clarify interfaces early and optimize the construction process. The result is projects that are convincing not only on paper but also in execution.
